Love Foundation is a community of activists and artists spreading love, connecting people and raising money for water development projects through cultural events. Love Foundation projects range from music events, arts exhibitions and sports tournaments to selling fair trade clothing and fashion shows. Our range of activities is continuously widening and we are always looking for new opportunities to spread the universal idea of love.

Responsibilities
- Accounting & Merchandise
- Tracking the financial payments of an international NGO
- Planning budgets for events, processing forms etc.
- Keep track of financial statements and tax issues
- (Booking)
- Communication with artist
- Reaching out to young artists from all over the world
- Community Coordination
- Internal communication of a community with over 450 artists and activists
- Keeping everyone updated on important issues
- Looking for and solving challenges
- Design
- Creating designs for events
- Visualization of information for the community
- Web and Social Media Design
- Taking care of overall identity
- IT
- Develop the infrastructure of Love Foundation technologies
- Write code for our website and other applications in the Love Foundation cosmos
- Techstack: Svelte, Directus, Ruby on rails, Docker, whatever you can imagine
- Help with maintenance
- Database entry/maintenance
- Marketing
- Find new ways to engage with external stakeholders
- Enhance the content strategy and calendar for streamlined social media content
- Develop a content strategy for new Social media Platforms
- Work with local hubs on cross-promotional activities
- Storytelling for a wide audience on Social Media
- Project Coordination
- Plan and implement local and global projects
- Cultural activities, parties, workshops
- Create new ideas to exchange online and engage with people
Qualifications
- Intrinsic motivation to work in a young and growing organisation;
- Ability to take initiative, suggest new ideas, and move tasks forward;
- Ability to work with numbers including financial spreadsheets;
- Self-reliant, well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
This is an unpaid position with a flexible weekly schedule based on applicant’s availability. However, we can potentially help with securing funding from external sources.
